Dicen que el avioncito de alas elípticas (creo que fue hecho en Ucrania) tiene como virtudes mayor resistencia estructural y sustentación.
Ahora es seguro que este prototipo también fue copiado del Phillips.

Este es un SNECMA de alas tubulares para despegue vertical, era conocido como el "Coleoptere" pero mas bien parece un Drean antiguo.

Y el McDonnell Goblin, prototipo de caza parásito. En los años 20 o 30 hubo otros a hélice, para ser transportados en dirigibles, pero norteamericanos, no alemanes como en Indiana Jones.
